This is 7 Samson St, the end terrace of a row of four that begins at the end of the street. Yes, there is off road parking and even a garage, which is currently storing much more than just the bikes.
Some photos of the installed stairs and painted walls - a very white, off white - stains of previous cupboards and shelves and stairway completely gone.
Skirting boards still be finished.
